i know i've been out of the circuit for quite some time.  that's why i made sure na swak yung last weekend ko (sep 16-18 2006)  haay nakow!

**watched erik santos and ruffa mae quintos — nag concert sila sa music museum, since nick is heaven sent — got in for free!!! as always…  heheheh; sinama ko ang aking abnormal na pinsan para naman makatakas siya panandali sa mapagbirong tadhana.  punta kami mugen afterwards — need to meet kay, lorna, at yung 2 brod na galing tate.  (sabado pa lang yan!)

**sunday — na reach ng division namin yung goal — we were treated to a night of alak, food and VIDEOKE!!!

**between sunday and monday — hehe madaling araw na kasi — had to go to izzah's place to continue everything!

**had to drink like there's no more tomoro — hehe saya!

**i didn't like their chemistry — i'm sorry opinion ko lang yun…  well at least aside from being in-love eh they get money out of it.

poignant.  one word to describe black and white photography…  it simply exhibits a different kind of drama.  i don't know why but i am completely falling in love with it.  here are some of my works — i know, i am not a pro that's why your comments are highly appreciated

Reading funny letters would always give me a different kind of "highness."  They would always put a weird grin on my face…  har! har! har!

This morning, after reading another funny e-mail – it made me realize the immense impact TIDE has made through the years

Dear Tide,

I am writing to say what an excellent product you have! I've used it all of my married life, as my Mom always told me it was the best.

Now that I am in my fifties I find it even better! In fact, about a month ago, I spilled some red wine on my new white blouse. My inconsiderate and uncaring husband started to belittle me about how clumsy I was, and generally started becoming a pain in the neck. One thing led to another and somehow I ended up with his blood on my new white blouse!

I grabbed my bottle of Tide with bleach alternative, and to my surprise and satisfaction, all of the stains came out!

In fact, the stains came out so well the detectives who came by yesterday told me that the DNA tests on my blouse were negative and then my attorney called and said that I was no longer considered a suspect in the disappearance of my husband.

What a relief! Going through menopause is bad enough without being a murder suspect! I thank you, once again, for having a great product.

Well, gotta go, have to write to the Hefty Bag people.

PINOY LOMOGRAPHERS BARE ONE-OF-A-KIND PHOTOGRAPHS IN EXHIBIT
Blurred images. A cropped head. Multi-colored feet. Double exposed images. Saturated colors.

Welcome to the world of Lomo.

Lomography is a photography movement which deemphasizes formal training and advocates casual snapshots using film.

LomoLove, a photo exhibit by local lomography movement Lomomanila done in cooperation with Fujifilm, opens publicly on September 9, 2006, 7pm at the Blacksoup Projects in Cubao X (formerly Marikina Shoe Expo) in Quezon City.

“LomoLove is a celebration of alternative film photography in the present sea of digital images and formal techniques. The occasion is also homage to everything Pinoy as seen through slices of life of 25 lomographers.” At Maculangan, professional photographer and the acknowledged Father of Philippine Lomography, explains.

Using more than 1,000 photos to cover the walls of the gallery, the exhibit presents vibrant images taken with unique cameras with multiple lenses, rainbow-colored flashes, optical distortions and light leaks. “This mosaic of colors is known as a lomowall and it is the first in the country,” At shares. Foreign Lomo Embassies have similar “lomowalls” in their respective countries, the biggest in China dubbed “the great Lomowall of China.”

LomoLove will run until October 9, 2006. The formal opening on September 9 will also feature a mini concert with bands Drip, Free Beer, Outerhope, Bagetsafonik, Shoulder State, Moscow Olympics and Sleepy Heads.

Participating lomographers in LomoLove include: Sharon Atillo, Monica Barretto, Sarah Encabo, Zoe Ezequiel, Marge Francia, Jimmy Hilario, Francis Inton, Angela Joyosa, Jill Lejano, At Maculangan, Mike Policarpio, Jed Quiambao, Bong Rojales, Dek Tinawin, Jo Tripon, Timmy Tuazon and Jake Verzosa. LomoLove is presented by Fujifilm in cooperation with the Center for Culinary Arts and GSM Premium Gin.

nakakainis — kung ano man

i hate it…  i was supposed to write something ngunit gumuho ang mundo ko ng nalaman ko na hindi pala buo yung review ko sa mga anino ng dagat…  ibig mong sabihin mga isang buwan na siyang naka-post, kung sinu-sino na nakababasa aba eh putol pala.  sigh…  i was trying to retrieve the original file pero zero ang lumalabas sa search results.  baka nasa pc sa bahay…  sana!

maiba na nga lang tayo, kinikilig lang ako…  kung anu-ano kasi ang pinagbababasa ko, anu-ano din ang nadidiskubre ko.

sana: pumayat na ko, makontak ko na si bal so that i could have my braces fixed, sana malaman/madecipher/ma-feel or kung ano man ang tamang termino — if i will keep this j.o.b. or not, sana mawala na ko sa PI sa lalong madaling panahon, sana maayos ko na ang future ni wiqa.
